In order for us to accurately provide you with cost
estimates for your specific videoconference we need to better understand
your requirements, hence we need the following information:

Are
you looking for videoconference facilities in all locations, or just one
of them?
2.
Are
you using your own (private) facilities in one or more of the locations?
3.
The
preferred connection speed (this essentially defines the quality of the
picture transmitted)
4.
Which
end will initiate the call, this is needed if we are to provide you with
an estimate for the call costs
Would you like us to provide a quotation for bridging the calls between
the sites?
5.
The
preferred time of day - this is important to ensure availability but
also for us to be able to
identify those facilities that provide an out of hours service together
with the
associated costs
6.
Do
you have any special requirements - e.g. connection of PC devices,
document camera or perhaps the ability to record the conference to video
tape, CD or DVD?
