Automated Booking Facility
AUTOMATED

Bookings to these locations generate an instant confirmation.
However, where a facility operates 24 hours certain out of hours periods (including weekends and public holidays) may require our reservation staff to check that resources are available prior to final confirmation being sent to you.

 

Non-Automated Booking Facility
NON-AUTOMATED

Availability for facilities that are marked as non-automated will be checked by our reservation staff, confirmations or alternatives will be provided within 2 business hours of the local time of the location requested.

Reservation Summary

Once you have selected the location, date, local start time and duration, you will then be required to specify if this location will be initiating or receiving the video call. If the videoconference is to be bridged you will be asked about the screen layout for the multipoint (multi-site) conference. 
Note: Whilst it is not common, there are a number of locations that cannot accept incoming calls.

Please supply the name and phone number of one attendee that will be present at this location. If you can provide the attendees e-mail address, they will also receive a copy of the booking confirmation.

Tick the relevant boxes for any catering or additional equipment requirements that are available from this facility.  Tea & coffee are normally provided within the room hire charges, any other catering requirements you specify will incur additional charges.

If you are checking the availability for a non-automated site - please state this in the additional details box.

Unless you have arranged a credit account with us, you will be required to provide valid credit card details in order to complete the booking process.
Note: Your card will be pre-authorised prior to the start of your videoconference, final charges will not be applied until after the call has been completed.
